The present invention relates to a ratchet buckle for a vertical-type falling protection net. The ratchet buckle for the vertical-type falling protection net includes: a fixing bracket consisting of a fixing plate having a fastening hole and an erect plate extended to protrude upward from both edges of the fixing plate and having a rotation holding hole; a pair of engagement bodies disposed on the outside of the rotation holding hole on the erect plate side, formed with a ratchet gear unit along the outer perimeter, and forming rotation body inserting and fixing holes at intervals in a symmetric structure for inserting and fixing a pair of separable rotation bodies on the body; a pair of separable rotation bodies disposed to be inserted into the rotation holding hole to be rotatable, inserted and fixed respectively in a state that both side end parts are penetrated into the rotation body inserting and fixing holes of the engagement bodies, and disposed at an interval in a symmetric structure; an engaged lever supported and coupled to the fixing bracket to be rotatable and installed to be engaged on one side of the ratchet gear unit of the engagement bodies; and a pressurization spring connected to the fixing bracket and the engaged lever respectively and providing elastic force to pressurize the engaged lever toward the ratchet gear unit of the engagement bodies. According to the present invention, the ratchet buckle can improve usability and ease of assembly according to the installation and usage of the vertical-type falling protection net through structure improvement and improve binding force and fixing force with a band member as a component used for fixing the falling protection net.
본 발명은 수직형 추락방지망용 라쳇 버클에 관한 것으로서, 체결공을 갖는 고정플레이트와, 상기 고정플레이트의 양측 가장자리에서 상측 방향으로 연장 돌출되고 회전거치홀을 갖는 직립플레이트로 이루어진 고정브래킷; 상기 직립플레이트 측 회전거치홀의 외측에 배치되는 한 쌍 구성으로서, 외주연 둘레를 따라 라쳇기어부가 형성되고, 몸체 상에 한 쌍의 분리형 회전체를 관통 삽입 및 고정하기 위한 회전체삽입고정홀을 대칭 구조로 간격 형성시킨 걸림체; 상기 회전거치홀에 삽입되어 회전 가능하게 배치되고, 상기 걸림체의 회전체삽입고정홀에 양측단부가 관통 배치된 상태로 각각 끼움 고정 및 대칭 구조로 간격 배치되는 한 쌍의 분리형 회전체; 상기 고정브래킷에 회동(回動) 가능하게 지지 결합되고, 상기 걸림체의 라쳇기어부의 일측에 걸림 형성되게 설치되는 걸림레버; 상기 고정브래킷과 걸림레버에 각각 연결되어 걸림레버를 상기 걸림체의 라쳇기어부 측으로 가압하도록 탄성력을 제공하는 가압스프링;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 구조 개선을 통해 수직형 추락방지망의 설치 및 사용에 따른 사용성 및 조립성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 추락방지망의 고정에 함께 사용되는 구성요소인 밴드부재와의 결속력 및 고정력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
