The present invention provides a pump and a pump-integrated sluice gate to which a gapless wear ring is applied. According to the present invention, the pump comprises: a casing wear ring member composed of a casing coupling body made of metal and a casing wear ring made of carbon composite material; and an impeller wear ring member composed of an impeller coupling body made of metal for and an impeller wear ring made of carbon composite material. Therefore, the entire casing wear ring member and the impeller wear ring member are not made of carbon composite material, but only the casing wear ring and the impeller wear ring that are in close contact with each other are made of carbon composite material, so the production cost can be reduced. When replacing, only the worn casing wear ring and impeller wear ring can be replaced, so replacement costs can be reduced.
본 발명은 금속재로 제작된 케이싱용 결합몸체와 탄소복합재로 제작된 케이싱용 웨어링으로 구성된 케이싱웨어링부재와, 금속재로 제작된 임펠러용 결합몸체와 탄소복합재로 제작된 임펠러용 웨어링으로 구성된 임펠러웨어링부재를 구비한다. 따라서 케이싱웨어링부재와 임펠러웨어링부재 전체를 탄소복합재로 제작하는 것이 아니라, 서로 밀착 접촉되는 케이싱용 웨어링과 임펠러용 웨어링만을 탄소복합재로 제작하므로 생산비용을 줄일 수 있고, 교체 시 마모된 케이싱용 웨어링과 임펠러용 웨어링만 교체할 수 있어 교체비용도 절감된다.
