The present invention relates to a deck construction method with a spring clip applied capable of constructing a deck formed by connecting and binding a plurality of floor panels in a longitudinal direction of fixed frames having a length and installed in parallel with each other at intervals in a facility space, to provide a deck economically by efficiently performing a construction and maintenance operations of a deck and improving the convenience of a binding operation and simplifying a binding structure. According to the present invention, a deck construction method with a spring clip applied comprises: a fixed frame installation step (S100) of installing a plurality of fixed frames in parallel while forming intervals from each other in a facility space; a spring clip fixing step (S200) of coupling a spring clip to the fixed frame having a clip part with a 'loop' shape, and binding parts; a floor panel binding step (S300) of locking and binding locking grooves formed at respective ends of the floor panel to the respective locking protrusions of the spring clip; and a silicone bonding step (S400) of performing bonding and fixing by injecting silicone into a gap between an outer side surface of the locking protrusions of the spring clip, an upper outer side surface of the fixed frame, and an inner circumferential surface of a locking groove of the bottom panel. In the spring clip fixing step (S200), the clip part is wrapped around and binding both lower side ends and both upper side ends of the fixed frame on an inner side where an opening is formed in an upper part, and the binding parts are provided at both ends of the clip part and have locking protrusions protruding in a longitudinal direction of the fixed frame and extending in a lateral direction of the other floor panel adjacent to the floor panel.
본 발명은, 데크의 시공작업 및 유지작업을 효율적으로 수행하게 되어 결속작업의 편의성 향상과 결속구조의 단순화를 통해 경제적으로 제공할 수 있도록; 길이를 가지며 시설공간에 각각 간격을 가지면서 평행하게 설치되는 고정프레임들의 길이방향으로 다수의 바닥판넬들이 연결되면서 결속하여 이루어지는 데크를 시공하도록 된 스프링클립을 적용한 데크 시공방법에 있어서; 시설공간에 다수의 상기 고정프레임들을 서로 간격을 형성하면서 평행하게 설치되는 고정프레임설치단계(S100)와; 상부에 개구가 형성된 내측에 상기 고정프레임의 하부와 양측부 및 상부양측단을 감싸면서 결속하는 '고리' 형상의 클립부와, 상기 클립부의 양단에 각각 구비되며 상기 고정프레임의 길이방향으로 돌출되면서 상기 바닥판넬에서 근접시설되는 타 바닥판넬측방향으로 각각 연장형성된 걸림돌부들이 각각 형성된 결속부들을 가지는 스프링클립을 상기 고정프레임에 결합하는 스프링클립고정단계(S200)와; 상기 스프링클립의 각각의 걸림돌부들에 상기 바닥판넬의 각각의 단부들에 형성되는 걸림요홈들을 각각 걸림하면서 결속하는 바닥판넬결속단계(S300)와; 상기 스프링클립의 걸림돌부들의 외측면과 상기 고정프레임의 상부외측면과 상기 바닥판넬의 걸림요홈의 내주면의 사이틈에 실리콘을 주입하여 접착고정하는 실리콘접착단계(S400);을 포함하는 스프링클립을 적용한 데크 시공방법을 제공한다.
