The present invention provides an artificial recharge water circulation system preventing ground subsidence by recycling water as water for living and cooling and heating energy. According to an aspect of the present invention, the artificial recharge water circulation system includes: a leaking underground water drawing step of drawing leaking underground water from a suction well as the leaking underground water flows to one side through a water pipe; a heat exchange moving step of controlling a temperature by exchanging heat of the underground water drawn in the leaking underground water drawing step by transferring the underground water to a heat pump; a building cooling and heating application step of using the underground water of which the temperature is controlled in the heat exchange moving step, for the cooling and heating of a building; a treated water supply application step of using the underground water, wherein the heat exchange moving step proceeds, as the water for living in the building; and an artificial surplus water recharge step of recharging a surplus amount of the leaking underground water through an injection well formed as a cylindrical pipe shape with open upper and lower parts.
본 발명의 일측면에 따르면, 유출되는 지하수가 유수관을 통해 일측으로 흐르게 되어 취수정에서 취수되는 유출 지하수 취수 단계; 상기 유출 지하수 취수 단계에서 취수된 지하수를 히트펌프로 이송하여 열교환되어 온도가 조절되는 열교환 이동 단계; 상기 열교환 이동 단계가 진행되어 온도가 조절된 지하수를 이용하여 건물의 냉난방에 활용하는 건물 냉난방 활용 단계; 상기 열교환 이동 단계가 진행된 지하수가 건물의 생활용수로 활용되는 중수도 활용 단계; 및 상하부가 개공된 원통형의 파이프형태로 형성되는 주입정을 통해 유출지하수의 잉여량이 함양되는 잉여수 인공함양 단계; 를 포함하는 인공함양 물순환 시스템이 제공될 수 있다.
