DECK PLATE HAVING REINFORCED STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a deck plate (10) comprising a truss girder unit (100) arranged in multiple rows in one direction in the upper part of a metal panel (20) to improve rigidity and bearing power against an external force by reinforcing a connection force to a concrete layer or an insulation layer by having a member like a connection socket to reinforce a connection structure between components composing the truss girder unit. The truss girder unit (100) comprises: an upper rod (110) arranged to be spaced in the upper part of a metal panel (20); a lattice (120) in which a unit (A) is repeatably connected in a horizontal direction; and a pair of lower rods (130) connected by being in contact with an outer side of a lower end of each lattice (120). The unit (A) comprises: a pair of inclined units (122) arranged in a symmetrical form around the upper rod (110) to become spaced from each other downwards as an inner side of an upper end of the inclined unit is connected to both sides of the upper rod (110), wherein a front side and a rear side of the inclined unit (122) are symmetrically connected to each other to become inclined downwards around a connection corner unit (121) coming into contact with one side of the upper rod (110); and a mounting unit (123) in which both ends are connected to each other while a lower end of the inclined units (122) is individually and horizontally bent to the outside to be horizontal.
본 발명은 트러스 거더부를 구성하는 구성요소 간에 결합구조를 강화시키도록 연결소켓과 같은 부재를 설치하여 콘크리트층 또는 단열층과의 결합력을 강화시켜 외력에 의한 지지력 및 강성을 향상시키도록 판재형의 금속패널(20) 상부에 일방향으로 다수 개의 열(列)로 배열된 트러스 거더부(100)로 구성되는 데크 플레이트(10)에 있어서, 상기 트러스 거더부(100)는, 금속패널(20) 상부로 이격되게 배치된 상부대(110);와, 상기 상부대(110)의 양측에 상단 내측이 맞닿아 결합되어 하단으로 갈수록 벌어지면서 상부대(110)를 기준으로 서로 대칭형태로 한 쌍이 배치되며, 상기 상부대(110)의 일면에 면접되는 연결각부(121)를 중심으로 전측 및 후측이 하향 경사지게 서로 대칭으로 연결되는 경사부(122) 및, 상기 경사부(122)의 하단이 각각 외측으로 수평되게 절곡되면서 양단이 서로 연결된 안착부(123)로 구성되는 단위(A)가 가로방향으로 반복적으로 연결되는 래티스(120); 및, 상기 래티스(120) 각각의 하단 외측에 맞닿아 결합되는 한 쌍의 하부대(130);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 트러스 거더부를 구성하는 구성요소 간에 결합구조를 강화시키도록 연결소켓과 같은 부재를 설치하여 콘크리트층 또는 단열층과의 결합력을 강화시켜 외력에 의한 지지력 및 강성을 향상시키도록 판재형의 금속패널(20) 상부에 일방향으로 다수 개의 열(列)로 배열된 트러스 거더부(100)로 구성되는 데크 플레이트(10)에 있어서, 상기 트러스 거더부(100)는, 금속패널(20) 상부로 이격되게 배치된 상부대(110);와, 상기 상부대(110)의 양측에 상단 내측이 맞닿아 결합되어 하단으로 갈수록 벌어지면서 상부대(110)를 기준으로 서로 대칭형태로 한 쌍이 배치되며, 상기 상부대(110)의 일면에 면접되는 연결각부(121)를 중심으로 전측 및 후측이 하향 경사지게 서로 대칭으로 연결되는 경사부(122) 및, 상기 경사부(122)의 하단이 각각 외측으로 수평되게 절곡되면서 양단이 서로 연결된 안착부(123)로 구성되는 단위(A)가 가로방향으로 반복적으로 연결되는 래티스(120); 및, 상기 래티스(120) 각각의 하단 외측에 맞닿아 결합되는 한 쌍의 하부대(130);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
