The present invention relates to a wood insert type frame for an inner edge of a synthetic resin door. According to the present invention, a rectangular column-shaped wooden frame is inserted into a wooden frame inlet which is dug into a rectangular shape on an upper part of a foamed synthetic resin main body constituting an inner edge main body of the synthetic resin door. Therefore, deformation is not easily generated with respect to twisting of the door and an external impact. In addition, a plurality of long gas discharge grooves are formed on both side surfaces of the foamed synthetic resin main body so that an adhesive gas, generated when a synthetic resin sheet adheres to upper and lower parts of the inner edge frame, is gradually released to an outer portion of the synthetic resin door main body. Therefore, a phenomenon caused by swelling of the synthetic resin door main body is prevented in advance.
본 발명은 합성수지 도어의 내측 테두리 본체를 구성하는 발포합성수지 본체의 상부에 직사각형 형상으로 파여진 목재 골조 인입부에 직사각 기둥 형상의 목재 골조를 삽입시켜 도어의 뒤틀림 및 외부의 충격에 대하여 쉽게 변형이 되지 않도록 하고 상기 발포합성수지 본체의 양측면에 다수 개의 가스배출홈을 길게 형성하여 내측 테두리 골조의 상, 하부로 합성수지 시트를 접착시킬 때 생성되는 접착제 가스가 합성수지 도어 본체의 바깥 부분으로 서서히 방출되어 합성수지 도어 본체가 팽출되어 야기되는 현상을 미연에 방지하도록 한 합성수지 도어의 내측 테두리용 목재 삽입형 골조에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a wood insert type frame for an inner edge of a synthetic resin door. According to the present invention, a rectangular column-shaped wooden frame is inserted into a wooden frame inlet which is dug into a rectangular shape on an upper part of a foamed synthetic resin main body constituting an inner edge main body of the synthetic resin door.
