Disclosed is a room temperature emulsified asphalt composition that includes: an emulsified asphalt composition including asphalt particles, rubber particles, petroleum resin, an activator, a regeneration additive, an anti-stripping agent, water and a surfactant; and recycled aggregate including a first aggregate, a second aggregate, a filler, mixing water, and an emulsion. The rubber particles are functionalized with a functionalizing agent.
아스팔트 입자, 고무 입자, 석유 수지, 활성촉진제, 재생첨가제, 박리방지제, 물 및 계면활성제를 포함하는 유화 아스팔트 조성물; 및 제1 골재, 제2 골재, 채움재, 혼합수 및 유제를 포함하는 순환골재;를 포함하고, 상기 고무 입자는 기능화제로 기능화된 것인 상온 유화 아스팔트 혼합물이 개시된다.
