The present invention relates to a room temperature curing one component inorganic ceramic coating composition, and to a ceramic coating construction method using the same, wherein the room temperature curing one component inorganic ceramic coating composition contains: 40 to 60 wt% of a primary coating composition; 30 to 50 wt% of alkoxysilane; and 5 to 10 wt% of a water soluble activity catalyst, and the primary coating composition is obtained by mixing 15 to 25 wt% of silicate anhydride (SiO_2), 1 to 2 wt% of water soluble polyphosphate, and 2 to 4 wt% of acetic acids with 70 to 80 wt % of one or more selected from a group consisting of water and isopropyl alcohol.
본 발명은 1차 코팅 조성물 40 내지 60 중량%, 알콕시실란 30 내지 50 중량%, 및 수용성 활성촉매 5 내지 10 중량%를 포함하며, 상기 1차 코팅 조성물은 규산 무수물(SiO2) 15 내지 25 중량%, 수용성 폴리인산 1 내지 2 중량부, 및 초산 2 내지 4 중량%를 물 및 이소프로필알코올로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 70 내지 80 중량%에 혼합시킨 것인 상온경화 일액형 무기질 세라믹 코팅제 조성물 및 이를 사용하는 세라믹 코팅 시공 공법을 제공한다.
