PHC PHC PHC PILE TIP REINFORCEMENT DEVICE AND PHC PILE TIP REINFORCEMENT CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
Disclosed are a PHC pile front-end reinforcement device capable of reinforcing the front end of a PHC pile by being fixed to the front end of the PHC pile through a simple means and being intruded together with the PHC pile in a construction site without adding an additional component to the PHC pile or changing the structure of the PHC pile, and maximizing a support force of the front end of the PHC pile by providing an expansion effect of the front end of the PHC pile as well as a grouting effect of the front end of the PHC pile, and a PHC pile front-end reinforcement construction method using the same. The PHC pile front-end reinforcement device and the PHC pile front-end reinforcement construction method using the same can reinforce the front end of a PHC pile without causing an increase in costs for manufacturing the PHC pile and enable the construction of the PHC pile in the same manner as a general PHC pile construction method except for the addition of the procedure of combining the PHC pile front-end reinforcement device with the PHC pile, thereby constructing the PHC pile while reinforcing the front end of the PHC pile without causing a high increase in time and costs for construction due to the simple construction method, and also, lead at least a part of a reinforcing agent filling a reinforcing agent filling container to be discharged from the reinforcing agent filling container and permeated into surroundings of the front end of the PHC pile, thereby securing even a grouting effect of the front end of the PHC pile to maximize a support force of the front end of the PHC pile.
PHC 파일에 추가적인 구성을 부가하거나 PHC 파일의 구조변경 없이 시공 현장에서 PHC 파일 선단에 간단한 방식으로 고정하여 PHC 파일과 함께 관입되어 PHC 파일 선단부를 보강할 수 있으며, PHC 파일 선단부의 확장 효과 뿐만 아니라 PHC 파일 선단부의 그라우팅 효과까지도 제공하여 PHC 파일 선단부의 지지력을 극대화시킬 수 있는 PHC 파일 선단부 보강장치 및 이를 이용한 PHC 파일 선단부 보강 시공방법이 개시된다. 상기 PHC 파일 선단부 보강장치 및 이를 이용한 PHC 파일 선단부 보강 시공방법은 PHC 파일의 제작비용 상승 없이 PHC 파일 선단부를 보강할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 시공방법 또한 PHC 파일 선단부 보강장치를 PHC 파일에 결합하는 과정이 추가되는 것을 제외하고는 일반적인 PHC 파일 시공방법과 동일하게 시공됨으로써 시공방법 또한 매우 간단하여 공사기간과 시공비용의 대대적인 상승 없이도 PHC 파일 선단부를 보강하면서 PHC 파일을 시공할 수 있으며, 보강제 충진용기에 충진되어 있는 보강제의 적어도 일부가 보강제 충진용기로부터 배출되어 PHC 파일 선단 주반에 침투됨으로써 PHC 파일 선단부의 그라우팅 효과까지도 확보하여 PHC 파일 선단 지지력을 극대화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
