The present invention relates to an insect screen apparatus provided with a locking release means. The insect screen apparatus provided in the present invention comprises: an insect screen; a rail frame provided on both sides of the insect screen so that the insect screen is movable; a locking unit fixed to the rail frame; and a guide unit provided on both sides of one end unit of the insect screen to enable locking and release from the locking unit. The insect screen is locked at a distance from the locking unit when unfolded along the rail frame. An objective of the present invention is to provide the insect screen apparatus provided with the locking release means capable of simple and reliable locking and release.
