DRAIN PIPE CONNECTOR AND DRAIN TRAPS INCLUDING SAME
The present invention relates to a drainpipe connector and a drain trap including the same, capable of easily and stably fixing and installing a drainpipe in the drain trap and preventing backflow during drainage. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the drainpipe connector can be used to install the drainpipe provided in the shape of a dual pipe including an external pipe and an internal pipe by connecting the drainpipe to the inside of the drain trap. The drainpipe connector includes: an internal pipe insertion unit in which the internal pipe is inserted; a connection unit extended radially from an end of the internal pipe insertion unit, wherein one side is connected to the internal pipe insertion unit; a cover unit protruding along an edge of the connection unit from the other side of the connection unit, wherein at least a part of the cover unit is installed to be inserted into the drain trap; a support protruding member protruding from the other side of the connection unit on the inner side of the cover unit, wherein the internal pipe passing through the internal pipe insertion unit is inserted into the support protruding member; a contact fixing cap connected to the support protruding member to be detached, and supporting an end of the internal pipe as the end of the internal pipe is inserted into the contact fixing cap; and an external pipe support unit connected to the one side of the connection unit to be detached and installed to enclose at least a part of the outer surface of the internal pipe insertion unit, thereby supporting the outer surface of the external pipe.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배수관 연결구는 외관과 내관을 포함하는 이중관 형태로 제공되는 배수관을 배수트랩 내부에 연결하여 설치하기 위해 사용될 수 있으며, 상기 내관이 삽입되는 내관 삽입부; 상기 내관 삽입부의 단부로부터 방사형으로 연장형성되고, 일면이 상기 내관 삽입부와 연결된 연결부; 상기 연결부의 타면에서 상기 연결부의 테두리를 따라 돌출되고, 적어도 일부분이 상기 배수트랩에 삽입가능하게 구비되는 커버부; 상기 커버부의 내측에서 상기 연결부의 타면에서 돌출되고, 상기 내관 삽입부를 통과한 상기 내관이 삽입되는 지지 돌출부재; 상기 지지 돌출부재에 착탈가능하게 결합되고 상기 내관의 단부가 삽입되어 지지되는 밀착 고정캡; 및 상기 연결부의 일면에 착탈 가능하게 결합되고 상기 내관 삽입부의 외면 중 적어도 일부를 감싸도록 구비되어 상기 외관의 외면을 지지하는 외관 지지부;를 포함할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a drainpipe connector and a drain trap including the same, capable of easily and stably fixing and installing a drainpipe in the drain trap and preventing backflow during drainage. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the drainpipe connector can be used to install the drainpipe provided in the shape of a dual pipe including an external pipe and an internal pipe by connecting the drainpipe to the inside of the drain trap. The drainpipe connector includes: an internal pipe insertion unit in which the internal pipe is inserted; a connection unit extended radially from an end of the internal pipe insertion unit, wherein one side is connected to the internal pipe insertion unit; a cover unit protruding along an edge of the connection unit from the other side of the connection unit, wherein at least a part of the cover unit is installed to be inserted into the drain trap; a support protruding member protruding from the other side of the connection unit on the inner side of the cover unit, wherein the internal pipe passing through the internal pipe insertion unit is inserted into the support protruding member; a contact fixing cap connected to the support protruding member to be detached, and supporting an end of the internal pipe as the end of the internal pipe is inserted into the contact fixing cap; and an external pipe support unit connected to the one side of the connection unit to be detached and installed to enclose at least a part of the outer surface of the internal pipe insertion unit, thereby supporting the outer surface of the external pipe.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배수관 연결구는 외관과 내관을 포함하는 이중관 형태로 제공되는 배수관을 배수트랩 내부에 연결하여 설치하기 위해 사용될 수 있으며, 상기 내관이 삽입되는 내관 삽입부; 상기 내관 삽입부의 단부로부터 방사형으로 연장형성되고, 일면이 상기 내관 삽입부와 연결된 연결부; 상기 연결부의 타면에서 상기 연결부의 테두리를 따라 돌출되고, 적어도 일부분이 상기 배수트랩에 삽입가능하게 구비되는 커버부; 상기 커버부의 내측에서 상기 연결부의 타면에서 돌출되고, 상기 내관 삽입부를 통과한 상기 내관이 삽입되는 지지 돌출부재; 상기 지지 돌출부재에 착탈가능하게 결합되고 상기 내관의 단부가 삽입되어 지지되는 밀착 고정캡; 및 상기 연결부의 일면에 착탈 가능하게 결합되고 상기 내관 삽입부의 외면 중 적어도 일부를 감싸도록 구비되어 상기 외관의 외면을 지지하는 외관 지지부;를 포함할 수 있다.
