SOUNDPROOF PLATE HAVING AVOIDING BIRD STRIKE PREVENTION APPARATUS
Provided is a maintenance-friendly panoramic transparent soundproof panel with bird strike avoidance functionality, which allows various types of soundproof panel components to be securely and appropriately installed while minimizing a thickness of an intermediate frame in an improved structure of the intermediate frame. The transparent soundproof panel comprises a square frame consisting of upper, lower, left, right frames, and an intermediate frame, where a protrusion part and a fixing part are provided, a fixing medium, and a soundproof panel member including a transparent panel. The intermediate frame is configured to have a first protrusion part and a first fixing part on an inner surface, and a second protrusion part and a second fixing part on an outer surface, to allow the soundproof panel member to be installed on the inner and outer surfaces, wherein the first and second fixing parts are formed as interference-fit grooves having a locking groove on one side. The fixing medium is composed of a fixing prop that is forcibly inserted into the interference-fit grooves and has a locking protrusion which is caught and fixed by the locking groove and a detaching protrusion formed on one side; and a cover that is doubly screwed into the fixing prop and the interference-fit grooves while inserted in the fixing prop. The transparent panel is composed of printed surfaces on which a whole image is divided and printed to prevent bird strikes. A transparent panel management number corresponding to each printed surface is assigned to the square frame. Moreover, the fixing parts arranged on inner surfaces of the upper, lower, left, and right frames are formed as the interference-fit grooves, thereby allowing the soundproofing panel member to be installed detachably by the fixing prop and the cover.
조류충돌방지기능을 갖는 유지보수형 파노라마 투명방음판이 제공된다. 제공된 투명방음판은 돌출부와 고정부가 마련되는 상부, 하부, 좌측, 우측프레임 및 중간프레임을 포함하는 사각프레임과, 고정매개체와, 투명패널을 포함하는 방음판부재로 구성되며, 상기 중간프레임은 내부면에 제1 돌출부와 제1 고정부를 마련하고, 외부면에는 제2 돌출부와 제2 고정부를 마련하여 내부면 및 외부면에 상기 방음판부재를 설치할 수 있도록 구성하되, 상기 제1, 제2 고정부는 걸림홈이 일면에 마련되는 억지끼움홈으로 구성되고, 상기 고정매개체는 상기 억지끼움홈에 억지삽입되며 일면에 상기 걸림홈에 걸림고정되는 걸림돌기 및 장탈착용 돌기가 마련되는 고정대와, 상기 고정대에 삽입고정된 상태에서 상기 고정대 및 상기 억지끼움홈에 이중으로 나사고정되는 덮개를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 투명패널은 조류충돌을 방지하기 위해 하나의 전체이미지를 분할인쇄한 인쇄면을 마련하되, 상기 사각프레임에는 상기 인쇄면에 대응하는 투명패널관리번호가 부여되고, 상기 상부, 하부, 좌측, 우측프레임의 내부면에 마련되는 고정부는 상기 억지끼움홈으로 구성하여 상기 고정대 및 덮개에 의해 상기 방음판부재를 탈,부착방식으로 설치하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류충돌방지기능을 갖는 유지보수형 파노라마 투명방음판.
