According to the present invention, provided is an expandable modular comprising: a first modular as a fixed modular which is installed and fixed to be integrally formed with a roof, a wall, and a bottom; a second modular as a protruding modular protruding when expanded, which is accommodated in the first modular, is expandable toward one side surface of the first modular, and is formed as an integral modular with the roof, the wall, and the bottom; a driving device which is driven to expand and reduce the first modular and the second modular; and a support device which is connected between both sides of the first modular and the second modular and supports the first modular and the second modular when the driving device is driven for expanding and reducing. The second modular accommodated in the first modular can be expanded and used when it is required to utilize a space. The expandable modular has an effect of having excellent insulation, waterproofness, and airtightness.
본 발명에 따르면, 지붕, 벽체, 바닥이 일체형 모듈러로 이루어지고 설치하여 고정되는 고정 모듈러인 제1 모듈러; 상기 제1 모듈러에 수용되며, 제1 모듈러의 일측면으로 확장 가능하고 지붕, 벽체, 바닥이 일체형 모듈러로 이루어진 확장 시 돌출되는 돌출 모듈러인 제2 모듈러; 상기 제1 모듈러와 제2 모듈러를 확장 및 축소 구동하는 구동장치; 및 상기 제1 모듈러 및 제2 모듈러의 양측에 연결 구비되며, 상기 구동장치가 확장 및 축소 구동 시 제1 모듈러 및 제2 모듈러를 지지하는 지지장치를 포함하며; 상기 제1 모듈러에 수용된 제2 모듈러를 활용 공간의 필요에 따라 확장하여 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 확장형 모듈러를 제안한다.
