The present invention relates to a window opening/closing device having an anti-lock function, capable of preventing a person from being locked up even when a window in an open state is closed by an impact or carelessness. In accordance with the present invention, the window opening/closing device, which is installed on a window frame to open or close a window installed on a doorframe, includes: an opening/closing body (11) mounted on the window frame; a handle unit (20) comprising a control lever (21) installed on the opening/closing body (11) to be rotatable, and a control block (22) provided to be integrally rotated by the control lever (21) with a plurality of engaged pieces (23, 24) protruding from a circumferential surface; a latch (30) installed on one side of the opening/closing body (11) to elastically protrude and retract so as to be caught on the doorframe; a locking means (40) installed on the other side of the opening/closing body (11) to lock the window by stopping the rotation of the handle unit (20) through manual control; and an operation plate (50) provided in a plate shape of a predetermined size to reach the latch (30) and the locking means (40), while slidingly operated by the handle unit (20) to control the operation of the latch (30) or limited by the locking means (40) from being operated.
본 발명은 창호의 열린 상태에서 충격이나 부주의에 의해 창호가 닫힐 때에도 잠김이 방지되어 갇힘사고 등을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 잠김방지 기능을 갖는 창호개폐장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 문틀 상에 설치된 창호를 개폐하도록 창호틀 상에 설치된 창호개폐장치에 있어서; 상기 창호틀 상에 장착되는 개폐바디(11)와; 상기 개폐바디(11) 상에 회동 가능하게 설치된 조작레버(21)와, 상기 조작레버(21)에 의해 일체로 회동되도록 구비되어 복수개의 걸림편(23,24)이 둘레면 상에 돌출 형성된 조작블록(22)으로 구성된 핸들유닛(20)과; 상기 개폐바디(11)의 일측에 설치되어 문틀에 걸리도록 탄성적으로 출몰되는 래치(30)와; 상기 개폐바디(11)의 타측에 설치되어 수동조작에 의해 상기 핸들유닛(20)의 회동작동을 정지시켜 창호를 잠그도록 된 잠금수단(40)과; 상기 래치(30)와 잠금수단(40)에 이르도록 일정 크기의 판형태로 구비되되, 상기 핸들유닛(20)에 의해 슬라이드 작동되어 상기 래치(30)의 작동을 제어하거나 상기 잠금수단(40)에 의해 작동이 제한되도록 구비된 작동플레이트(50)를 포함하는 잠김방지 기능을 갖는 창호개폐장치가 제공된다.
