A crime prevention device having a window opening rate fixing function according to the present invention comprises: a stopper rail arranged in parallel in the moving direction of a window frame and fixed to the window frame; a moving bracket having one side coupled to the window frame to move integrally with the window frame, and having the other side extending toward the stopper rail; and a stopper block coupled to the other side of the moving bracket in a movable structure so as to be fixed to and separated from the stopper rail. If the crime prevention device having a window opening rate fixing function according to the present invention is used, a window can be kept open only to a degree desired by a user, so ventilation can be performed without fear of intrusion of an outsider. In addition, the crime prevention device having a window opening rate fixing function according to the present invention has the advantage that a user can easily adjust the opening rate of a window for convenient use, and the present invention can be applied to an existing window for excellent utilization.
본 발명에 의한 창문 개방률 고정기능을 갖는 방범장치는, 창문틀의 이동방향을 따라 평행하게 배열되어 창틀에 고정되는 스토퍼레일; 일측이 상기 창문틀에 결합되어 상기 창문틀과 일체로 이동하며, 타측이 상기 스토퍼레일을 향해 연장되는 이동브라켓; 상기 스토퍼레일에 고착 및 분리되도록 이동 가능한 구조로 상기 이동브라켓의 타측에 결합되는 스토퍼블록;을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 창문 개방률 고정기능을 갖는 방범장치를 이용하면, 사용자가 원하는 정도로만 창문이 열려 있는 상태를 유지할 수 있어 외부인의 침입 우려 없이 환기를 시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한 본 발명에 의한 창문 개방률 고정기능을 갖는 방범장치는, 창문의 개방률을 사용자가 간편하게 조절할 수 있어 사용이 편리하고, 종래의 창호에 적용이 가능하여 활용도가 우수하다는 장점이 있다.
