The present invention provides a method of installing a fence support nonwelding fixture, comprising: a first step of forming one or more coupling holes in a frame part coupled with the ground, and molding a coupling part erected upwards by perforating through the center using a press; a second step of inserting a support part of a hollow type into the coupling part; a third step of expanding a lower portion of the support part inserted into the coupling part while pressing an upper portion of the support part inserted into the coupling part downwards; and a fourth step of contacting the coupling part, into which the support part is inserted, by compressing the coupling part. Moreover, a fence support nonwelding fixture manufactured by the method of installing a fence support nonwelding fixture comprises: a frame part formed to allow a fixed component fixed to the ground to be inserted, and including a coupling part formed to stand upright from the center; and a hollow support part inserted into the coupling part and getting in contact with the coupling part through expansion. Therefore, the present invention can prevent the support part from being rotated from the frame by forming coupling force.
