본 발명은 아파트 등과 같은 공동 주택이나 사무실 또는 2층 이상의 주택 등 건축물의 층간소음 방지 바닥 구조물에 관한 것으로, 바닥부와 벽면 사이에 설치한 방진 부재와; 바닥부를 구성하는 시멘트 몰탈 마감재 및 발포 스티로폼으로 형성시킨 차음 및 단열판재;로 구성하고, 상기 차음 및 단열판재는 볼트형 지지부재가 끼워지는 볼트형 지지부재 끼움 구멍을 일정 간격을 두고 복수로 형성하여 구성된 바닥 구조물에 있어서, 상기 차음 및 단열판재의 볼트형 지지부재 끼움 구멍 직 하방에 받침 및 간격유지용 브라켓의 끼움 구멍을 대응시켜 면접시키되, 상기 볼트형 지지부재의 상방에 돌출시킨 좁은 판 형태의 상부 돌출부를 받침 및 간격유지용 브라켓의 끼움 구멍을 통하여 차음 및 단열판재의 볼트형 지지부재 끼움 구멍 내부에서 나사식으로 조립하여 볼트형 지지부재의 지지봉 하부와 볼트형 지지부재 하방에 일체로 형성한 걸림 환턱이 차음 및 단열판재 하부 외부로 하향 돌출되게 설치하고, 상기 볼트형 지지부재 하방에 일체로 형성한 걸림 환턱의 상부 둘레면에 상기 원통형의 받침 및 간격유지용 브라켓의 하부 둘레가 얹혀지게 하되, 상기 볼트형 지지부재 하방에 일체로 형성한 걸림 환턱의 하부면이 슬래브의 상부면에 면접 되게 설치하고, 상기 볼트형 지지부재는 연질의 PVC 또는 고무제 또는 우레탄 폼 또는 EVA로 형성하여 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
