The present invention relates to a floor construction method for reducing noise between floors, which can efficiently reduce floor impacts and noise. The floor construction method comprises a background surface arrangement step, a reinforcement member disposition step, a holder coupling step, an impact and noise reduction means coupling step, a non-woven fabric disposition step, and a panel disposition step. 본 발명은 바닥충격 및 소음을 효율적으로 감쇄시킬 수 있는 층간소음 저감을 위한 바닥 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 바탕면 정리단계, 보강재 배치단계, 홀더 결합단계, 충격 및 소음저감수단 결합단계, 부직포 배치단계 및 패널 배치단계로 이루어져 있어, 충격 및 소음저감수단, 보강재, 부직포, 패널이 순차적으로 적층된 형태로 시공이 이루어져 바닥면에서 발생하는 바닥충격 및 소음을 효율적으로 상쇄시킬 수 있으며, 바닥충격 및 소음을 효율적으로 상쇄시킬 수 있는 공기가 충진된 에어볼을 포함하는 충격 및 소음저감수단을 홀더를 통해 간단히 일체화시켜 견고하게 고정하여 손쉽게 도입함으로써 바닥충격 및 소음의 효율적인 상쇄와 더불어 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있는 층간소음 저감을 위한 바닥 시공방법을 제공한다.
