Disclosed is an excavator tongs assembly. The excavator tongs assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lower gripping part extending by a predetermined length in a direction perpendicular to the ground, having a hinge coupler formed on an upper end to be coupled to an excavator, extending laterally by a predetermined length from a lower end to be parallel with the ground, and gripping one side surface and a lower surface of an object to be drawn; an upper gripping part coaxially mounted on the hinge coupler of the lower gripping part, extending laterally by the same length as the extending length of the lower gripping part to be parallel with the ground, having a drive shaft coupler formed at the center of a lateral extension part, and gripping the other side surface and an upper surface of the object to be drawn; a first front reinforcing part mounted on a lateral extension end of the lower gripping part, having a plate-shape structure extending by a predetermined width, and reinforcing the lateral extension end of the lower gripping part by being in contact with a second front reinforcing part when the lower gripping part and the upper gripping part perform a gripping motion; and a second front reinforcing part mounted on a lateral extension end of the upper gripping part, having a plate-shape structure extending by a predetermined width, and reinforcing the lateral extension end of the upper gripping part by being in contact with the first front reinforcing part when the lower gripping part and the upper gripping part perform a gripping motion. According to the present invention, provided is an excavator tongs assembly, wherein an object to be drawn can be gripped firmly while being supported stably at the same time, and the object to be drawn can be prevented from being separated from the excavator tongs assembly during drawing.
굴삭기 집게 조립체가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 굴삭기 집게 조립체는, 지면과 수직을 이루는 방향으로 소정 길이만큼 연장되고, 상단에 굴삭기와 결속되는 힌지결속구가 형성되며, 하단에 측방으로 지면과 수평을 이루도록 소정 길이만큼 연장되어 견인 대상물의 일측면과 하부면을 파지하는 구조의 하부파지부; 상기 하부파지부의 힌지결속구에 동축 구조로 장착되고, 측방으로 지면과 수평을 이루도록 하부파지부의 연장길이와 동일한 길이로 연장되며, 측방 연장 부분의 중앙부에 구동축 결속구가 형성되고, 견인 대상물의 타측면과 상부면을 파지하는 구조의 상부파지부; 상기 하부파지부의 측방 연장 단부에 장착되고, 소정 폭만큼 연장된 판상형 구조이며, 하부파지부와 상부파지부가 그립핑 동작 수행 시 제2전방보강부와 맞닿아 하부파지부의 측방 연장 단부를 보강하는 제1전방보강부; 및 상기 상부파지부의 측방 연장 단부에 장착되고, 소정 폭만큼 연장된 판상형 구조이며, 하부파지부와 상부파지부가 그립핑 동작 수행 시 제1전방보강부와 맞닿아 상부파지부의 측방 연장 단부를 보강하는 제2전방보강부;를 포함하는 것을 구성의 요지로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 견인 대상물을 안정적으로 지지함과 동시에 견고히 파지할 수 있고, 견인 과정에서 견인 대상물이 굴삭기 집게 조립체로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 굴삭기 집게 조립체를 제공할 수 있다.
