Disclosed in the present invention are a corner block on which a leak prevention unit is mounted and a frame assembly for a damper comprising the same, which can easily couple and fix each corner portion of two frame units while one worker moves without moving the frame assembly which is assembled when fixing each former portion of the two frame units intersecting with each other at a square frame assembly are fixed. To this end, a corner block on which a leak prevention unit is mounted comprises: a body unit (211) of a chamfer body shape at which at least one of first and second fastening holes (215a, 215b) can be individually formed to penetrate the inside in a front left direction or in a front right direction; at least one pair of first coupling clips (212, 214) which protrude at a predetermined length from the right cross section of the body unit (211) in the outward direction; and a reversed L-shaped or L-shaped leakage prevention plate (219) which is mounted on a mounting groove which is recessed at a predetermined depth in an L shape along the edge at which the upper end surface of the body unit (211) and the left side cross section or the right cross section meet each other.
사각형 프레임 조립체에서 서로 직교하는 두 프레임부의 각각의 코너부분을 고정할 때 조립하는 프레임 조립체를 이동시키지 않으면서 한 사람의 작업자가 이동하면서 두 프레임부의 각각의 코너부분을 용이하게 결합한 후 고정할 수 있는 누설방지부가 장착된 코너블럭 및 이를 구비한 댐퍼용 프레임 조립체가 개시된다. 이와 같은 누설방지부가 장착된 코너블럭은,전방 좌측방향 또는 전방 우측방향으로 내부를 관통하는 적어도 하나 이상의 제1 및 제2 체결공(215a,215b)이 각각 형성된 사각면체 형상의 몸체부(211)와; 상기 몸체부(211)의 우측단면에서 외측방향으로 일정 길이 돌출 형성되는 적어도 한 쌍의 제1 결합 클립(212,214)와; 상기 몸체부(211)의 상단면과 좌측단면 또는 우측단면이 서로 만나는 모서리를 따라 ㄴ자 형상으로 일정 깊이 함몰 형성된 장착홈에 장착되는 ㄱ자 또는 ㄴ자 형상의 누설 방지판(219)을 포함하여 구성된다.
