TPO CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR REPAIRING OF CONCRETE SLAB USING TPO SHEET
The present invention relates to a construction method for repairing a concrete slab by using a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) sheet and, more specifically, to a construction method for repairing a concrete slab by using a TPO sheet, which can perform repair with respect to a concrete slab roof while constructing by applying a TPO sheet. To this end, the construction method comprises: a step (A) of arranging a heat insulating material made of one kind selected of foamed polyethylene, foamed aerogel, and a PR board having fabric bonded to the outer surface on the upper surface of the concrete slab; a step (B) of mounting the TPO sheet on the upper surface of the heat insulating material; a step (C) of fixedly fastening a pin anchor at a plurality of places towards the slab to fix the heat insulating material and the TPO sheet; a step (D) of locally patching the TPO sheet on each fastening portion of the pin anchor fastened at the plurality of places towards the slab for coverage; and a step (E) of attaching by means of hot jet welding or inductive heat bonding with respect to the edge portion towards the TPO sheet. The TPO sheet comprises: a first TPO sheet which is mounted on the upper surface of the heat insulating material; a reinforcing composite fabric which is mounted on the upper surface of the first TPO sheet, and woven by polyester water repellant threads or aerogel water repellant threads which do not absorb water; and a second TPO sheet which is mounted on the upper surface of the reinforcing composite fabric. Therefore, according to the present invention, the concrete slab roof may be easily repaired by using the TPO sheet, and can improve functions such as durability, waterproofness, and wind tolerance according to the repair construction of the concrete slab roof.
본 발명은 TPO 시트를 이용한 콘크리트 슬라브의 보수 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트 슬라브 지붕에 대한 보수를 실시하되, TPO 시트를 적용하여 시공하는 TPO 시트를 이용한 콘크리트 슬라브의 보수 시공방법에 있어서, (A) 상기 콘크리트 슬라브의 상면에 발포폴리에틸렌, 발포에어로젤, 외면에 직물이 접합된 PR보드 중에서 선택된 어느 1종에 의한 보온재를 배치하는 단계; (B) 상기 보온재의 상면으로 TPO 시트를 안착 배치하는 단계; (C) 상기 보온재와 TPO 시트를 고정하도록 핀 앵커를 슬라브 측을 향해 다수 개소에 체결하여 고정하는 단계; (D) 상기 슬라브 측 다수 개소에 체결된 핀 앵커의 각 체결부위 상에 TPO 시트를 국부적으로 덧대어 커버하는 단계; (E) 상기 TOP 시트 측 가장자리부에 대해 열풍 용접 또는 유도가열 접합을 통해 부착하는 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 TPO 시트는, 상기 보온재의 상면으로 안착 배치되는 제1 TPO 시트; 상기 제1 TPO 시트의 상면에 안착 배치되는 것으로서, 물을 흡수하지 않는 폴리에스테르 발수사 또는 에어로젤 발수사로 제직된 보강복합포; 상기 보강복합포의 상면에 안착 배치되는 제2 TPO 시트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, TPO(Thermoplastic Poly Olefin; 열가소성 폴리올레핀) 시트를 이용하여 콘크리트 슬라브 지붕을 용이하게 보수할 수 있으며, 콘크리트 슬라브 지붕 측 보수 시공에 따른 내구성과 방수성 및 내풍성 등의 기능을 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a construction method for repairing a concrete slab by using a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) sheet and, more specifically, to a construction method for repairing a concrete slab by using a TPO sheet, which can perform repair with respect to a concrete slab roof while constructing by applying a TPO sheet.
