The present invention relates to an apartment fire alarm device which detects a fire and sounds an alarm. The apartment fire alarm device comprises: a body which is installed in a corridor of the apartment or a communal passage and is divided into an alarm unit at an upper part having an alarm device sounding the alarm when a fire is detected, and a storage unit at a lower part storing fire-fighting equipment; a door which opens or closes a front surface of the alarm unit; and a controller which controls an operation of the door. The alarm unit comprises: a valve which is controlled by the controller to open or close branch piping branched from a fire hydrant; and at least one fire-fighting unit which is connected with the branch piping and receives fire-fighting water when the valve is opened to spout the fire-fighting water outwards while rotating by spouting pressure of the fire-fighting water. When a fire occurs, the fire hydrant protrudes and rotates outwards to spout the fire-fighting water such that an area spouted by the fire-fighting water is expanded to improve fire suppression efficiency.
본 발명은 화재 발생을 감지하여 경보를 울리는 소방 경보 장치는 공동주택의 복도 또는 공동통로에 설치되되, 화재발생을 감지하면 경보를 울리는 경보장치가 설치되는 상부의 경보부와 내부에 소방도구가 보관되는 하부의 보관부로 구획되는 몸체;상기 경보부의 전면을 개방하거나 폐쇄시키는 도어; 및 상기 도어의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러;를 포함하고, 상기 경보부는 상기 컨트롤러에 의해 제어되어 소화전에서 분기된 분기배관을 개방하거나 폐쇄하는 밸브; 상기 분기배관과 연결되어 상기 밸브가 개방되면 소화수를 공급받아 소화수의 분출압력에 의해 회전하면서 소화수를 외부로 분출하는 적어도 하나의 소화부;를 포함하고 있음으로써, 화재가 발생하면, 소화부가 외부로 돌출 회전하면서 소화수를 분출함에 따라 소화수 분사 영역이 확대되어 화재진압효율이 향상된다.
