The present invention relates to a system for manufacturing an artificial turf mat with excellent shock absorption due to a spring roll applied thereto, an artificial turf mat manufacturing method using the system, and an artificial turf mat thereof. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a shock absorption pad manufacturing unit manufacturing a shock absorption pad forming a bubble layer of an artificial turf mat; a tufting weaving unit tufting and weaving pile yarns on the shock absorption pad to manufacture the artificial turf mat; a fusion unit fusing a foam sheet to the back surface of the bubble layer of the artificial turf mat; a back coating unit coating the back surface of the bubble layer of the artificial turf mat with a liquid resin; and a perforation unit forming drainage holes on the back surface of the artificial turf mat completing processes of the fusion unit or back coating unit. Accordingly, a shock absorption pad made by fusing a sheet to several strands of resin coil is used as a bubble layer, and C-curved pile yarn is woven to the shock absorption pad such that an artificial turf mat with excellent shock absorption can be manufactured.
본 발명은 스프링 롤이 적용되어 충격흡수력이 우수한 인조잔디매트를 생산하기 위한 생산시스템에 관한 것으로서, 인조잔디매트의 기포층을 형성하는 충격흡수패드를 생산하는 충격흡수패드 생산부, 상기 충격흡수패드에 파일 원사를 터프팅 제직하여 인조잔디매트를 제조하는 터프팅 제직부, 상기 인조잔디매트 기포층의 이면에 기포지를 열융착하는 열융착부, 상기 인조잔디매트 기포층의 이면에 액체 수지로 코팅하는 백 코팅부, 상기 열융착부 또는 백 코팅부의 공정을 마친 인조잔디매트 이면에 배수홀을 형성하는 천공부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 롤이 적용되어 충격흡수력이 우수한 인조잔디매트 생산시스템, 상기 생산시스템을 이용하는 생산방법 및 인조잔디매트에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명은 여러 가닥의 수지 코일에 시트를 열융착하여 만들어지는 충격흡수패드를 기포층으로 하고, 상기 충격흡수패드에 C-커브 형상의 파일 원사로 제직하여 충격흡수력이 우수한 인조잔디매트를 생산할 수 있는 생산시스템, 그 생산시스템을 이용하여 생산되는 인조잔디매트 및 상기 인조잔디매트를 제공한다.
