The present invention relates to a single row safety blind. 본 발명은 블라인드를 조작하기 위한 와이어를 한 줄로 구성함으로써 질식사고 등의 안전사고를 미연에 예방하고, 또한 한 줄 와이어의 당김 조작만으로 막부재를 감거나 또는 전개시킬 수 있도록 하여 사용편의를 향상시키며, 또한, 불측의 사유로 막부재가 한 번에 전개되더라도 막부재의 전개속도를 보다 효과적으로 감속함으로써 막부재와의 신체 충돌을 방지하는 한 줄 안전 블라인드.에 관한 것이다.
