Manufacturing method of gider using used recycled pallet of waste plastic
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a girder bottom mold using recycled composite material, which adds recycled additives during a manufacturing process of a girder bottom mold to increase the stiffness of the girder bottom mold and decrease the amount of sagging, thereby manufacturing an eco-friendly girder bottom mold while improving quality, and a girder bottom mold thereof. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a material mixing step of inputting and mixing polypropylene, a reinforcing agent, and additives in a blender at a ratio of 75 to 80 wt%, 15 to 20 wt%, and 1 to 5 wt% with respect to 100 wt% of the mixture to form a recycled composite material mixture; an impurity removal step of filtering the composite material mixture formed through the material mixing step through a mesh having a size of 0.2 to 5 mm to remove impurities from the mixture; a material liquefaction step of liquefying the recycled composite material mixture completing the impurity removal step through a melting machine; a material forming step of forming the recycled composite material mixture melted through the material liquefaction step in the form of a pallet by using an extruder; and a product manufacturing step of manufacturing the composite material mixture formed in the form of a pallet through the material forming step into the shape of a girder bottom mold.
본 발명은 거더 바닥거푸집의 제조과정에서 재활용한 첨가제를 첨가하도록 제조함으로써, 거더 바닥거푸집의 강성과 처짐량을 개선하여 품질의 향상을 이루면서도, 환경 친화적인 거더 바닥거푸집을 제조할 수 있도록 하는 재활용 복합소재를 활용한 거더 바닥거푸집 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 거더 바닥 거푸집에 관한 RRJT으로, 그 특징적인 구성은, 거더 바닥거푸집 제조방법에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌, 강화제, 첨가제를 혼합물의 총 100중량%에 대하여 폴리프로필렌 75~80중량%, 강화제 15~20중량%, 첨가제 1~5중량%의 비율로 배합기에 투입하고, 혼합시켜 재활용 복합소재 혼합물을 형성하는 소재혼합단계; 상기 소재혼합단계를 통하여 형성된 복합소재 혼합물을 0.2~5mm 이내의 크기를 이루는 MESH 망을 통하여 걸러내어 혼합물의 불순물을 제거하는 불순물제거단계; 상기 불순물제거단계를 거친 재활용 복합소재 혼합물을 용융기를 통하여 액상화하는 소재액상단계; 상기 소재액상단계를 통하여 용융된 재활용 복합소재 혼합물을 압출기를 이용하여 팰릿 형태로 형성하는 소재형성단계; 상기 소재형성단계를 통하여 펠릿 형태로 이루어진 복합소재 혼합물을 이용하여 거더 바닥거푸집의 형상으로 생산하는 제품생산단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
