The present invention relates to a base frame for a double floor coupling a plurality of seismic isolation devices included in a seismic isolation double floor to an upper plate, which comprises: a plurality of longitudinal frames, of which length and the number are set according to width of the seismic isolation double floor to be horizontally arranged at a set interval and formed by an angular pipe; and a stringer coupled to a side surface of the longitudinal frame in perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the longitudinal frame between the longitudinal frames. Provided are the base frame for the seismic isolation double floor, and the seismic isolation double floor, wherein the stringer comprises: the straight angular pipe; and coupling brackets, which is for coupling to the longitudinal frame, coupled to both ends of the angular pipe.
