An objective of the present invention is to provide an outdoor cooling and heating shelter that is installed in an open state such as a crosswalk, park, bus stop, or the like to provide cool or warm air to create a comfortable environment. According to the present invention, the outdoor cooling and heating shelter comprises: a pillar fixed to the ground; an upper structure which selectively discharges either cold air or warm air from an upper part of the pillar to the lower direction; and a cooling and heating device which supplies any one of cold and warm air to at least one of the upper structure and the pillar.
본 발명에 의한 지면에 고정되는 지주와, 상기 지주의 상부에서 하측 방향으로 냉기와 온기 중 어느 하나를 선택적으로 배출하는 상부구조물과, 상기 상부구조물과 지주 중 어느 하나 이상에 냉기와 온기 중 어느 하나를 공급하는 냉난방장치를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
