GANG FORM FALLING PREVENTION AND SAFETY APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a safety apparatus for gang form fall prevention and, more specifically, to a safety apparatus for gang form fall prevention which can firmly fix a gang form coupled to an outer wall of a building to prevent gang form detachment and falls by carelessness of a worker, and safely lift and separate the gang form. According to the present invention, the safety apparatus for gang form fall prevention comprises: a bracket of which one end is coupled to the inside of a gang form; a cone bolt inserted into the other side of the bracket; and an anchor bolt wherein the uppermost end thereof is arranged below the bracket, and the uppermost end thereof is coupled to the cone bolt inserted into the bracket. The upper end of the cone bolt is stopped on the bracket to be stopped from descending. If concrete curing at a position, at which the anchor bolt is inserted and arranged, is completed, the uppermost end of the anchor bolt does not protrude above the upper surface of concrete when the cone bolt is released from the anchor bolt.
본 발명은 갱폼 낙하방지용 안전장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 건물외벽에 결합된 갱폼을 견고하게 고정시켜 작업자의 부주의에 의한 갱폼 탈락과 추락을 방지하고, 갱폼을 안전하게 인양 및 이격시킬 수 있는 갱폼 낙하방지용 안전장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 갱폼 낙하방지용 안전장치는, 일단이 갱폼의 내측에 결합되는 브라켓과; 상기 브라켓의 타측에 삽입되는 콘볼트와; 최상단이 상기 브라켓보다 하부에 배치되고, 상기 브라켓에 삽입되는 상기 콘볼트에 최상단이 결합되는 앙카볼트;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 콘볼트의 상단은 상기 브라켓에 걸려 하강이 저지되고, 상기 앙카볼트가 삽입 배치된 위치에서의 콘크리트 양생이 완료된 경우, 상기 콘볼트를 상기 앙카볼트로부터 해제하였을 때 상기 앙카볼트의 최상단은 콘크리트의 상면 위로 돌출되어 있지 않는 것을 특징으로 한다.
