Door latch assembly for heavy machinery
The present invention relates to a door latch assembly for heavy machinery and, more specifically, to a door latch assembly for heavy machinery, which, when the user located within the cabin of heavy machinery unlocks the door, prevents the user from falling to the outside and maintain the balance of the body in order to safely unlock the door. To this end, the door latch assembly comprises: an outer housing which is installed at an entrance through which the user enters and exits in the cabin of heavy machinery to be disposed on the outside of the door opening and closing the entrance; an outer lever provided at the outer housing and unlocks the door when one end side thereof is elastically pulled; an inner housing which allows a striker installed at the entrance to be inserted therein, and is disposed inside the door corresponding to the outer housing; an inner lever which is provided on the outside of the upper side of the inner housing and unlocks the door when being elastically pulled; and a latch module which is provided within the inner housing, and restricts the striker to lock the door, or releases the restriction of the striker corresponding to the pulling of the linked outer lever or inner lever to unlock the door. Moreover, the inner lever is located at the front side of the driver's seat at which the user is seated, so as to unlock the door when being pulled towards the body of the user, which is the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the door is opened.
본 발명은 중장비용 도어래치 어셈블리에 관한 것으로서, 특히 중장비의 캐빈 내에 위치하는 사용자가 도어의 잠금을 해제시 외부로의 낙하를 방지하고 몸의 균형을 유지할 수 있어 안전하게 도어의 잠금을 해제할 수 있도록, 중장비의 캐빈에서 사용자가 출입하는 출입구에 설치되어 출입구를 개폐하는 도어의 외측에 마련되는 외측하우징; 상기 외측하우징에 구비되고 탄성적으로 일단측이 당겨질 시 도어의 잠금이 해제되는 외측레버; 상기 출입구에 설치된 스트라이커가 내측에 삽입될 수 있으며 외측하우징과 대응되는 도어의 내측에 마련되는 내측하우징; 상기 내측하우징의 상측 외부에 구비되고 탄성적으로 당겨질 시 도어의 잠금이 해제되는 내측레버; 상기 내측하우징 내부에 구비되며, 상기 스트라이커를 구속하여 도어를 잠그거나, 연동된 외측레버 또는 내측레버의 당김에 따라 스트라이커의 구속을 해제하여 도어의 잠금을 해제하는 래치모듈;을 포함하되, 상기 내측레버는 사용자가 착석하는 운전석 전방에 위치되면서, 도어가 열리는 방향과 직교하는 방향인 사용자의 몸쪽을 향해 당길 시 도어의 잠금이 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중장비용 도어래치 어셈블리에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a door latch assembly for heavy machinery and, more specifically, to a door latch assembly for heavy machinery, which, when the user located within the cabin of heavy machinery unlocks the door, prevents the user from falling to the outside and maintain the balance of the body in order to safely unlock the door. To this end, the door latch assembly comprises: an outer housing which is installed at an entrance through which the user enters and exits in the cabin of heavy machinery to be disposed on the outside of the door opening and closing the entrance; an outer lever provided at the outer housing and unlocks the door when one end side thereof is elastically pulled; an inner housing which allows a striker installed at the entrance to be inserted therein, and is disposed inside the door corresponding to the outer housing; an inner lever which is provided on the outside of the upper side of the inner housing and unlocks the door when being elastically pulled; and a latch module which is provided within the inner housing, and restricts the striker to lock the door, or releases the restriction of the striker corresponding to the pulling of the linked outer lever or inner lever to unlock the door. Moreover, the inner lever is located at the front side of the driver's seat at which the user is seated, so as to unlock the door when being pulled towards the body of the user, which is the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the door is opened.
