A TAPE ATTACHED TO AN ADHESIVE DOUBLE-SIDED SIGN USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR A ROAD TRAFFIC SIGN AND AN ADHESIVE DOUBLE-SIDED SIGN TO WHICH THE TAPE IS ATTACHED
To increase durability of an adhesive double-sided sign in poor road environments with repeated natural phenomena, such as ultraviolet rays, high and low temperatures, snow, rain, and wind, and artificial winds, etc., the adhesive double-sided sign has to be made of a material with appropriate physical properties such as tensile force, toughness, fatigue strength, elongation, and elasticity. The present invention relates to a tape attached to an adhesive double-sided sign used as a substitute for a road traffic sign, which applies a tape having physical properties corresponding to the required properties to secure better quality and durability, and an adhesive double-sided sign to which the tape is attached. According to the present invention, a tape having composite properties and elasticity has excellent tensile stress and toughness to resist when an external force, such as wind or impact, acts repeatedly, and thus has a high fatigue limit. In addition, the tape has excellent flexibility and heat resistance even in temperature changes of below zero and high temperatures, so the tape is hardly hardened or deformed, thereby not being broken or torn. As a result, an adhesive double-sided sign with excellent durability can be manufactured. The tape comprises a top film layer, a third adhesive layer, a silicone rubber layer, a second adhesive layer, a PET base layer, a first adhesive layer, and a release paper.
자외선, 고온 및 영하의 기온, 눈·비, 바람 등이 반복되는 자연현상과, 인공적인 바람의 발생 등 열악한 도로환경에서 부착식 양면 표지의 내구성 향상을 위해서는 인장력, 인성, 피로강도, 연신율, 탄성 등 이에 적절한 물성을 가진 소재로 제작되어야 하는데, 본 발명은 이에 부합하는 물성을 가진 테이프를 적용함으로써 보다 우수한 품질과 내구성을 담보하는 도로교통표지판 대용품으로 사용되는 부착식 양면 표지에 부착되는 테이프 및 이 테이프가 부착된 부착식 양면 표지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 복합 물성과 탄성을 가진 테이프는 바람, 충격 등의 외력이 무한 반복하여 작용했을 때, 그에 저항하는 인장응력과 인성이 우수하여 피로한도(fatigue limit)가 매우 높고, 또한 영하와 고온의 기온 변화에도 유연성과 내열성이 우수하여 경화되거나 변형이 거의 없어 테이프가 깨지거나 찢어지지 않아 결국 내구성이 우수한 부착식 양면 표지 제작이 가능하다.
