Modular unit for construction modular building using same and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a modular unit, a building using the same, and a construction method thereof. Specifically, the modular unit which becomes a foundation includes: a floor frame module formed as multiple first steel channels are connected to each other to form a square frame structure, wherein each of the first steel channels is arranged for two flanges on both sides of a web to be located to face the direction of gravity; a pillar frame assembled to four corners of the floor frame module to be erected to be parallel with the direction of the gravity; a ceiling frame module formed as the multiple first steel channels are connected to each other to form the square frame structure, to be same as the floor frame module, wherein each of the first steel channels is arranged for the two flanges on both sides of the web to be located to face the direction of the gravity; a floor unit constructed on the floor frame module; a ceiling unit constructed on the ceiling frame module; and a wall unit constructed between the multiple pillar frames. The four corners of the square frame structure in the ceiling frame module are assembled to an upper end of the pillar frame so that the ceiling frame module is arranged to be separated from the floor frame module. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the modular unit for construction which has excellent durability and can be easily assembled and transferred.
본 발명은 모듈러 유닛 및 이 모듈러 유닛을 이용하는 건축물 그리고 이의 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 특히 기초가 되는 모듈러 유닛은, 다수의 제1 잔넬이 사각틀 구조를 이루도록 서로 연결되어 구성되되, 각각의 제1 잔넬은 웨브의 양측의 두 플랜지가 중력 방향에 마주하게 위치하도록 배치되는 바닥골조모듈; 상기 바닥골조모듈의 사방 모서리에 상기 중력 방향에 평행하도록 직립되게 조립되는 기둥골조; 상기 바닥골조모듈과 동일하게, 다수의 제1 잔넬이 사각틀 구조를 이루도록 서로 연결되어 구성되되, 각각의 제1 잔넬은 웨브의 양측의 두 플랜지가 중력 방향에 마주하게 위치하도록 배치되며, 사각틀 구조의 사방 모서리가 상기 기둥골조의 상단부에 조립되어 상기 바닥골조모듈과 이격되게 배치되는 천장골조모듈; 상기 바닥골조모듈 상에 시공되는 바닥부; 상기 천장골조모듈 상에 시공되는 천장부; 및 상기 다수의 기둥골조 사이에 시공되는 벽체부를 포함하는 기술적인 특징을 갖는 것으로 달성된다.
