Tension device for convenient membrane construction and re-tensioning
The present invention relates to a tension device for easy membrane construction and re-tensioning, which comprises: a plurality of fixing bolts fixed and installed at predetermined intervals along a lengthwise centerline on the top surface of a framework of a membrane structure; a membrane and edge rope fixing holder having a shape in which an edge rope and a membrane fixing groove are formed along both ends and arranged on the upper surface of the framework in a state in which the end of a membrane surrounding the outer surface of the edge rope is fixed; a plurality of holder fixing nuts respectively coupled to the fixing bolts to fix the membrane and the edge rope fixing holder to the upper surface of the framework; a tension-adjusting clamp installed to cover a portion of the top surface of the end of the membrane including the membrane and the edge rope fixing holder, and introducing tension into the membrane; and a plurality of tension-adjusting nuts screw-coupled to the fixing bolts exposed to the upper surface of the tension-adjusting clamp, and lowering the tension-adjusting clamp to introduce tension into the membrane. Therefore, after the membrane is installed on the membrane structure and initial tensile strength is introduced or tensile strength is introduced into an initial membrane, when the tensile strength of the membrane is reduced by wind or other load, the tension device can provide the membrane with re-tensioning easily and conveniently without constraints on the re-tensioning size and the interval between a pillar and the framework for installing the membrane, thereby reducing the construction period for installation and maintenance of the membrane, and significantly reducing construction costs and maintenance expenses.
본 발명은 막재 시공 및 재인장이 편리한 인장장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 막구조물의 골조 상면에서 길이방향 중심선을 따라 정해진 간격을 두고 고정 설치되는 복수의 고정볼트와; 양단부를 따라 에지 로프 및 막재 고정홈이 형성된 형상을 갖고, 에지 로프의 외면을 감싸고 있는 막재의 단부를 고정시킨 상태에서 상기 골조의 상면에 배치되는 막재 및 에지 로프 고정용 홀더와; 상기 고정볼트들에 각각 체결되어 막재 및 에지 로프 고정용 홀더를 골조의 상면에 고정시켜 주는 복수의 홀더 고정용 너트와; 막재 및 에지 로프 고정용 홀더를 포함한 막재의 단부 상면 일부를 덮어주는 형태로 설치되어 막재에 장력을 도입시켜 주는 장력조절 클램프와; 상기 장력조절 클램프의 상면으로 노출된 고정볼트에 나사 결합되며, 상기 장력조절 클램프를 하강시켜 막재에 장력이 도입되도록 하는 복수의 장력 조절용 너트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 막구조물에 막재를 설치하고 초기 인장력을 도입하거나, 또는 초기 막재에 인장력을 도입한 후, 바람이나 기타 하중에 의해 막재의 인장력이 감소할 경우 재인장의 크기와 막재를 설치하는 기둥 및 골조간격에 제약없이 보다 간편 용이하고 편리하게 막재에 재인장을 부여할 수 있어, 막재의 설치 및 유지보수에 따른 공사기간의 단축은 물론 공사비 및 유지보수비를 대폭 절감할 수 있다.
