Provided in the present invention is a ceiling panel disassembly method for preventing dust scattering, wherein a dust collecting cap (120) is arranged at a location at which a fastener (112), which fixes a ceiling panel to be disassembled (114) to a beam under a ceiling slab, is located, before being attached to the lower surface of the ceiling panel to be disassembled (114). A fastener disassembly guide body (130), which is inserted into the hole (124) in the dust collecting cap (120), is coupled to the fastener (112). The fastener disassembly guide body (130) is twisted by a tool (118) to unfasten the fastener (112) such that the fastener (112) may enter the dust collecting cap (120) at the ceiling panel to be disassembled (114). The dust collecting cap (120) into which the fastener (112) is inserted, and the ceiling panel to be disassembled (114) may be disassembled by being dislocated from a collecting cover (150). Therefore, a new construction may be provided.
본 발명은 분진 비산 방지 천정 패널 해체 공법를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것으로, 본 발명의 구성은 해체 대상 천정 패널(114)을 천정 슬라브 아래에 있는 비임에 고정하는 체결구(112)가 있는 위치에 분진 수집캡(120)을 배치하여 상기 해체 대상 천정 패널(114)의 저면에 부착하고, 상기 분진 수집캡(120) 내부의 구멍(124)에 들어가 있는 체결구 해체 가이드체(130)를 상기 체결구(112)에 결합하고, 상기 체결구 해체 가이드체(130)를 공구(118)에 의해 돌려서 상기 체결구(112)를 풀어서 상기 해체 대상 천정 패널(114)에서 상기 분진 수집캡(120)에 상기 체결구(112)가 들어오도록 하고, 상기 체결구(112)가 들어와 있는 상기 분진 수집캡(120)과 상기 해체 대상 천정 패널(114)을 수집 커버(150)에 탈락시켜서 해체하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
