The present invention relates to an automatic opening and closing device for a drain valve of a toilet. According to the present invention, the automatic opening and closing device for a drain valve of a toilet is provided with a toilet consisting of a connection structure between a toilet bowl having a seat consisting of a support and a cover and a toilet cistern having a drain valve. A load generating cylinder is installed to operate through a vertical movement of the support constituting the seat or a rotational movement of the cover. Moreover, an operating cylinder for opening a stopper is provided inside the toilet cistern. The load generating cylinder and the operating cylinder are connected in a closed structure through a pipe so that the stopper is opened when a user stands up or closes the cover.

본 발명은 받침대와 커버로 이루어진 시트를 구비하는 양변기볼과 배수밸브를 구비하는 양변기수조의 연결구조로 이루어진 양변기가 구비되고, 상기 시트를 구성하는 받침대의 수직방향 움직임 또는 커버의 회전운동을 통하여 동작하도록 부하발생실린더가 설치되고, 상기 양변기수조의 내측에 마개의 개방을 위한 동작실린더가 구비되며, 상기 부하발생실린더와 동작실린더가 파이프를 통하여 밀폐구조로 연결되어 사용자가 일어서거나 커버를 닫을 때 마개를 개방토록 설치되는 양변기의 배수밸브 자동 개폐장치에 관한 것이다.
