The present invention provides a ladder apparatus for an emergency escape, comprising a ladder unit which is configured in the state of folding in a frame box installed in an escape hole formed in an escape space floor of a building and is unfolded toward the escape space floor when the frame box is opened. The ladder apparatus for an emergency escape also comprises a ladder descending unit provided inside the frame box and allowing the ladder unit to be unfolded at a constant speed when the ladder unit is unfolded from the frame box toward the escape space floor. Accordingly, the ladder apparatus for an emergency escape can prevent injury of an evacuee or an inspector caused by an unfolding ladder.
