The present invention provides a roll disk that has excellence in heat resistance and abrasion resistance by using a biosoluble fiber, wherein aggression such as flaws and generation of scratches for the plate glass surface is eliminated or reduced. The present invention has a composition of 20-45 wt% of a biosoluble fiber, 5-20 wt% of a chain-structured clay intertwined with the biosoluble fiber in a state of dissolving by a surfactant, and 40-70 wt% of an inorganic filler.
본 발명은 생체 용해성 섬유를 사용하여 내열성 및 내마모성이 우수하고, 판유리 표면에 대하여 흠집, 스크래치 발생과 같은 공격성이 제거 또는 감소된 롤 디스크를 제공한다. 본 발명은 생체용해성 섬유 20~45 중량%와, 계면활성제에 의해 해섬된 상태에서 생체용해성 섬유와 상호 얽혀 있는 사슬 구조형 점토 5~20 중량%와, 무기질 충전재 40~70 중량%의 조성을 가진다.
