Disclosed is a foreign substance discharge guide device for a drain. The disclosed foreign substance discharge guide device for a drain comprises: a body rotatably provided on an inner side of a drain in a circumferential direction, and passing through a drain hole; one or more rotation induction wings extending obliquely from a lower edge of the body toward the center thereof, and provided to collide with a fluid falling through the drain hole to induce the body to rotate naturally in the circumferential direction; and a plurality of blades provided on an upper side of the body in an upward direction to scatter, or induce breakage of, foreign substances such as hair flowing into the drain hole while the body rotates naturally, guiding the concentrated discharge thereof toward the drain hole. Therefore, the foreign substance discharge guide device for a drain can prevent clogging of the drain due to the foreign substances.
