The present invention relates to a low carbon type pillar fixture, which is installed on the floor to fix a pillar member such as a post of a photovoltaic power generation facility, a post of a street lamp, a post of a traffic light, or the like, and fix the pillar member by bolting rather than welding to minimize welding portions, thereby shortening installation time, and can contribute to environmental protection by reducing carbon emissions during installation of the pillar member and production of a product. The low carbon type pillar fixture for fixing a pillar member of a post of a photovoltaic power generation facility, a post of a street lamp, a post of a traffic light, or the like comprises: a circular base plate which is fixedly installed on the floor and into the center of which a circular steel pipe is inserted; and a plurality of steel pipe supports which are welded to the base plate to fix a lower end of the circular steel pipe through bolting. The steel pipe supports include: a steel pipe contact portion having a vertical notch formed on the inner surface thereof to be in close contact with the circular steel pipe through deformation, and having at least one pair of bolt holes into which bolts fastened to the circular steel pipe are inserted; and support and fixation portions formed by bending both ends of the steel pipe contact portion so that a lower end thereof is welded to the circular base plate, and having an outer side formed as an inclined surface.
본 발명은 바닥에 설치되어 태양광 발전 시설물의 지주나 가로등 지주 또는 신호등 지주 등의 기둥부재를 고정하되 용접이 아닌 볼트 결합에 의해 기둥부재가 고정되도록 함으로써 용접 부위를 최소화하여 설치시간을 단축하고 기둥부재의 설치시와 제품의 생산시 탄소 배출량을 감소시켜 환경 보호에 이바지할 수 있도록 한 저탄소형 기둥 고정구에 관한 것으로,태양광 발전 시설물의 지주나 가로등 지주 또는 신호등 지주의 기둥부재를 고정하는 기둥 고정구에 있어서, 바닥면에 고정 설치되며 중앙에 원형강관이 삽입되는 원형 베이스플레이트; 볼팅을 통해 원형강관의 하단을 고정하도록 베이스플레이트에 용접 설치되는 복수개의 강관지지대;를 포함하고, 상기 강관지지대는 변형을 통해 원형강관에 밀착되도록 내측면에 수직방향의 노치가 형성되고 원형강관에 체결되는 볼트가 삽입되는 적어도 한 쌍의 볼트구멍이 형성된 강관밀착부와, 하단부가 원형 베이스플레이트에 용접 고정되도록 강관밀착부의 양단이 절곡되어 형성되며 외측이 경사면으로 이루어진 지지고정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
