The present invention relates to a synthetic fiber insect screen which prevents invasion of pests such as mosquitoes while blocking dust, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, a synthetic fiber internal screen with a mesh hole size of 18-22 mesh and a synthetic fiber external screen, which is joined and integrated with an outer surface of the internal screen and has a mesh hole size of 70-200 mesh, are overlapped and joined to block fine dust and prevent invasion of pests by double screen configuration. In addition, fibers of the internal screen and external screen are made of regenerated polyester multifilament fibers.
본 발명은 분진을 차단하면서 모기와 같은 해충의 침입을 방지하는 합성섬유 방충망 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 망구멍의 크기가 18∼22 메쉬되는 합성섬유 내부망과 내부망의 외면에 접합되어 일체가 되고, 망구멍의 크기가 70∼200 메쉬되는 합성섬유 외부망이 중첩되게 접합되어 이중망 구성에 의하여 미세분진이 차단되고, 해충의 침입도 방지할 수 있게 되고, 내부망과 외부망의 섬유를 재생폴리에스텔 멀티필라멘트섬유로 제조하는 것이 포함되는 분진차단 기능이 있는 합성섬유 방충망 및 그 제조방법이다.
