FIBER INSECT-PROOF NET OF REGENERATED POLYESTER MULTI-FILAMENT FIBER
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an insect screen using regenerated polyester multifilament fibers as a main material. More specifically, the method for manufacturing an insect screen using regenerated polyester multifilament fibers is provided in which a netting with a net hole size of 18-40 mesh is prepared using a composite twisted yarn, which is made by combining a twisted yarn in which regenerated polyester multifilament fibers with a certain thickness are combined or the regenerated polyester multifilament fibers and lomelting polyester multifilament fibers, as warp and weft yarns, and passed through a tenter at 170-200℃. According to the present invention, an insect screen can be manufactured by using the regenerated polyester multifilament fibers such that waste of resources can be prevented and environmental and economic problems can be solved.
본 발명은 재생폴리에스텔 멀티필라멘트섬유를 주재로 하는 방충망 제조방법에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은, 일정굵기를 가지는 재생폴리에스텔 멀리필라멘트섬유를 결합하여 연사한 합연사 또는 재생폴리에스텔 멀티필라멘트섬유와, 로멜팅 폴리에스텔 멀티필라멘트섬유를 결합하여 연사한 복합연사를 경·위사로 사용하여 망구멍 크기 18∼40 메쉬되는 망지를 제조하고, 170∼200℃ 텐터기를 통과시켜 이루어지는 재생폴리에스텔 멀티필라멘트섬유 방충망 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.본 발명은 재생폴리에스텔 멀티필라멘트섬유를 사용하여 방충망 제조할 수 있도록 함으로써 자원낭비를 막고 환경문제와 경제적인 문제를 해결할 수 있게 한 것이다.
