The present invention relates to an unpowered rear screen device for blocking and removing impurities entering a lower end and a rotary filtering machine having the same. More specifically, the rotary filtering machine is installed in a sewage treatment plant to collect impurities and comprises: a filtering machine body having a track chain therein, a driving part rotating the track chain, and a base panel on a lower portion thereof; a front screen part installed on the filtering machine body to filter out impurities moving along sewage; and a rake part having removal protrusions installed on the track chain to remove and transport impurities filtered on the front screen part. The filtering machine body is also provided with a rear screen part to filter out residual impurities penetrating the front screen part. The unpowered rear screen device for blocking and removing impurities entering a lower end and the rotary filtering machine having the same provide the rear screen part, a rotating screen part, and a middle screen part in a filtering machine installed in a sewage treatment plant to sequentially filter out impurities penetrating a front screen and easily transport the impurities with a rake to greatly improve collection efficiency and transport efficiency of impurities.
본 발명은 하단부 유입협잡물 차단, 제거용 무동력 후위 스크린 장치 및 이를 구비한 로터리제진기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 하수처리장에 설치되어 협잡물을 수거하도록 된 로타리 제진기로서, 내부에 궤도체인이 마련되고, 상기 궤도체인을 회전시키는 구동부를 갖으며, 하부에 베이스패널이 마련된 제진기본체; 상기 제진기본체에 설치되어 하수를 따라 이동하는 협잡물을 걸러내는 전방스크린부; 및 상기 궤도체인에 설치되어 상기 전방스크린부에 걸러진 협잡물을 탈거시킴과 아울러 이송시키도록 탈거돌기들이 형성된 레이크부로 이루어지며, 상기 제진기본체에는 상기 전방스크린부를 관통한 잔여협잡물을 걸러내도록 후방스크린부가 더 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하단부 유입협잡물 차단, 제거용 무동력 후위 스크린 장치 및 이를 구비한 로터리제진기를 제공한다. 본 발명인 하단부 유입협잡물 차단, 제거용 무동력 후위 스크린 장치 및 이를 구비한 로터리제진기는 하수처리장에 설치되는 제진기에 후방스크린부, 회동스크린부 및 미들스크린부를 마련하여, 전방스크린을 관통한 협잡을 순차적으로 걸러내도록 함과 아울러 용이하게 레이크로 이송되도록 함으로써, 협잡물의 수거효율 및 이송효율을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
