Sofa block caisson and its installation method
The present invention relates to an installation method of a wave dissipating block caisson, which comprises: a step of mounting a first foundation block (110) in which through-holes (1) are formed, on a seabed foundation; a step of mounting upper blocks, in which through-holes are formed, on the first foundation block in alignment with the through-holes; a step of drilling a hole into the seabed foundation through the through-holes of the blocks using drilling equipment, and embedding a steel pipe (2) into the hole; a step of inserting a round bar (3) into the steel pipe hole; a step of performing underwater non-separable grouting (4); a step of integrating the round bar with the top concrete layer constructed on the grouted (4) uppermost block; and a step of performing a curing process. The blocks are wave dissipating blocks, and can construct long-lasting wharves and breakwaters, which can lighten weight and facilitate transport by allowing blocks to be assembled in accordance with the caisson size, reduce manufacturing costs by requiring less ready-mixed concrete, enhance stability, and provide resistance to waves and typhoons, and provide excellent durability.
본발명은 소파블록 케이슨 설치방법에 관한 것으로, 관통홈(1)이 형성된 1단기초블록(110)을 해저지반위에 거치하는 단계; 관통홈이 형성된 상부 블록들을 상기 1단기초블록 위에 거치하되 관통홈들에 맞추어 거치하는 단계; 천공장비를 사용하여 블록들의 관통홈을 통해 해저지반에 홀을 천공후, 강관(2)을 근입하는 단계; 강관 구멍에 환봉(3)을 삽입하는 단계; 수중불분리 그라우팅(4) 실시단계; 그라우팅(4)된 최상단 블록위에 상치 콘크리트를 시공하면서 환봉과 일체화하는 단계; 양생단계;를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 블록은 소파블록인 것으로, 본발명은 케이슨 크기에 맞추어 블록들을 조립제작이 가능하여 경량화가 가능하여 운반이 편리하며 레미콘이 적게 들어 제작경비가 절감되며, 안정성이 증대하며, 파도와 태풍에 강하고, 수명이 오래가는 접안시설과 방파제를 시공할 수 있는 현저한 효과가 있다.
