The present invention relates to a transparent soundproof wall with line illumination having a bird collision prevention function, which is realized by inserting and laminating a plurality of first and second transparent soundproof panels (100, 100') from the top to the bottom between a plurality of H-beam pillars (H, H') that are spaced at regular intervals along the edge of a road. The first and second transparent soundproof panels (100, 100') comprise: first and second rectangular windows (110, 110'); first and second border frames (120, 120') which surround the peripheries of the first and second windows (110, 110'); and first and second line illuminations (160, 160') which are installed on the first and second border frames (120, 120').
