WATERPROOF SHEET AND REPAIRING METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE
The present invention proposes a waterproof reinforcement sheet (100) and a method of repairing a concrete structure using the same. The waterproof reinforcement sheet (100) comprises: a center layer (110) formed of a reinforcing fiber fabric; and a coated aggregate (120) formed by coating the surface of an aggregate with an inorganic coating material containing nanomagnesium, and attached to the upper and lower portions of the center layer (110). As the concrete cross-section repair part takes an integrated structure by the chemical combination of the chemical components inside mortar and the coated aggregate adhering to the surface of the reinforcement sheet, there is almost no dropout or cracking of the interface, and excellent waterproof performance is performed.
본 발명은 보강섬유직물에 의해 형성된 중심층(110); 골재의 표면을 나노마그네슘이 포함된 무기계 코팅재에 의해 코팅하여 형성됨과 아울러, 상기 중심층(110)의 상하부에 부착된 코팅골재(120);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수보강시트(100) 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수방법을 제시함으로써, 모르타르 내부의 화학성분과 보강시트 표면에 접착된 코팅골재의 화학적 결합에 의해 콘크리트 단면보수부위가 일체화 구조를 취하도록 함에 따라, 계면의 탈락이나 균열이 거의 발생하지 않고, 우수한 방수성능을 갖도록 한다.
