The present invention relates to a method of waterproofing asphalt shingles and a shingle waterproofing structure made thereby. The method of waterproofing asphalt shingles comprises: a surface treatment step of removing contaminants attached to a base surface of the asphalt shingles; a step of fixing a synthetic resin sheet and a fiberglass sheet to the surface-treated base surface; a step of forming a primer layer by applying a water-soluble elastic waterproofing material to the fixed synthetic resin sheet and the glass fiber sheet; a step of forming an intermediate layer by applying a water-soluble acrylic waterproofing material to the formed primer layer; and a step of forming a topcoat layer by applying a two-component urethane-based waterproofing material to the formed intermediate layer. According to the method for waterproofing asphalt shingles and the shingle waterproofing structure made thereby of the present invention, it is possible to construct a waterproofing layer with excellent weather and water resistance, durability, and adhesion on the asphalt shingles while maintaining the asphalt shingles instead of separating the asphalt shingles from a roof of a building. Therefore, repair costs for the asphalt shingles can be reduced.
본 발명은 아스팔트 슁글을 방수하는 방법 및 이에 의한 슁글 방수 구조체에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 아스팔트 슁글의 바탕면에 부착된 오염물질을 제거하는 표면처리 단계와, 상기 표면처리된 바탕면에 합성수지 시트 및 유리섬유 시트를 고정하는 단계와, 상기 고정된 합성수지 시트 및 유리섬유 시트에 수용성 탄성 방수재를 도포하여 하도층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 형성된 하도층에 수용성 아크릴계 방수재를 도포하여 중도층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 형성된 중도층에 이액형 우레탄계 방수재를 도포하여 상도층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 아스팔트 슁글을 방수하는 방법 및 이에 의한 슁글 방수 구조체에 의하면, 아스팔트 슁글들을 건축물의 지붕에서 분리하지 않고 그대로 유지하면서, 아스팔트 슁글에 내후성, 내수성, 내구성, 접착성이 우수한 방수층을 시공할 수 있어, 아스팔트 슁글의 보수비용을 절감할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a method of waterproofing asphalt shingles and a shingle waterproofing structure made thereby. The method of waterproofing asphalt shingles comprises: a surface treatment step of removing contaminants attached to a base surface of the asphalt shingles; a step of fixing a synthetic resin sheet and a fiberglass sheet to the surface-treated base surface; a step of forming a primer layer by applying a water-soluble elastic waterproofing material to the fixed synthetic resin sheet and the glass fiber sheet; a step of forming an intermediate layer by applying a water-soluble acrylic waterproofing material to the formed primer layer; and a step of forming a topcoat layer by applying a two-component urethane-based waterproofing material to the formed intermediate layer. According to the method for waterproofing asphalt shingles and the shingle waterproofing structure made thereby of the present invention, it is possible to construct a waterproofing layer with excellent weather and water resistance, durability, and adhesion on the asphalt shingles while maintaining the asphalt shingles instead of separating the asphalt shingles from a roof of a building. 본 발명은 아스팔트 슁글을 방수하는 방법 및 이에 의한 슁글 방수 구조체에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 아스팔트 슁글의 바탕면에 부착된 오염물질을 제거하는 표면처리 단계와, 상기 표면처리된 바탕면에 합성수지 시트 및 유리섬유 시트를 고정하는 단계와, 상기 고정된 합성수지 시트 및 유리섬유 시트에 수용성 탄성 방수재를 도포하여 하도층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 형성된 하도층에 수용성 아크릴계 방수재를 도포하여 중도층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 형성된 중도층에 이액형 우레탄계 방수재를 도포하여 상도층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 아스팔트 슁글을 방수하는 방법 및 이에 의한 슁글 방수 구조체에 의하면, 아스팔트 슁글들을 건축물의 지붕에서 분리하지 않고 그대로 유지하면서, 아스팔트 슁글에 내후성, 내수성, 내구성, 접착성이 우수한 방수층을 시공할 수 있어, 아스팔트 슁글의 보수비용을 절감할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
