The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing activated waxy corn whiskey through a mechano-chemical grinding device in which activated waxy corn powder, a waxy corn extract, activated ground wheat, activated malt powder that are activated by chemical reaction by being ground through a mechano-chemical grinding device are manufactured and mixed to prepare an activated mixture, activated wort is prepared by soaking the activated mixture in water, to saccharify the same, and yeast is inoculated into the activated wort, so as to be fermented, distilled, and aged, so that less hangover, deep flavor, and excellent umami can be realized.
기계화학적 분쇄장치를 통해 분쇄하여 화학 반응에 의한 활성화를 이루는 찰옥수수 활성화 분말, 찰옥수수 추출액, 활성화분쇄 밀, 활성화 맥아 분말을 제조하고 이를 혼합하여 활성화 혼합물을 제조하고, 상기 활성화 혼합물을 물에 담가 당화시켜 활성화 맥아즙을 제조한 후, 상기 활성화 맥아즙에 효모를 접종하여 발효시켜 증류 및 숙성하여 숙취를 적게하고 풍미를 깊게하며 감칠맛이 우수한 것을 특징으로 하는 기계화학적 분쇄장치를 통한 활성화 찰옥수수 위스키 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
