Sculpture manufacturing and construction method
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing and constructing a sculpture, which has increased impact resistance and durability, enables quick manufacturing compared to the conventional method of manufacturing a sculpture using a mold, and allows a variety of shapes to be formed. The method for manufacturing and constructing a sculpture comprises: a foundation forming step of forming a foundation structure assembly by combining a mesh network around a frame structure; an external shape formation step of forming an outer layer by stacking a cement mixture on the foundation structure assembly, and then sculpting the surface of the outer layer, to form an outer shape of a sculpture; and a painting step of painting the surface of the sculpture.
내충격성 및 내구성이 증대되고, 거푸집을 이용한 종래의 조형물 제조방식에 비하여 신속한 제조가 가능하며, 보다 다양한 형상의 조형이 가능할 수 있는 조형물 제조 및 시공 방법을 개시한다. 조형물 제조 및 시공 방법은 골조 구조물의 둘레에 메시망을 결합하여 기초 구조물 조립체를 형성하는 기초 형성 단계, 기초 구조물 조립체 위에 시멘트 혼합물을 적층하여 외피를 형성한 후, 외피의 표면을 조각하여 조형물의 외형을 형성하는 외형 형성 단계 및 조형물의 표면을 도색하는 도색단계를 포함한다.
