LOCKING DEVICE FOR LUGGAGE
According to the present invention, a locking device for luggage locks to bind an end of a locking lever rotatably provided on one side of luggage or unlocks to release the end of the locking lever and comprises: a main body part fixed on the other side of the luggage; a cover part fixed on the outside of the other side of the luggage above the main body part, and provided with a handle part; binding/releasing parts provided on both sides of the main body part to be bound to a locking hole of the locking lever or to be simultaneously released; and an opening force providing part having an opening lever rotatably provided on the cover part, linked when the opening lever is rotated by sliders provided on both sides in the main body part, and linking the binding/releasing parts. According to the present invention, both sliders move in the direction of facing each other when the opening lever rotates to shrink to spread a first and a second fixing part maintaining a locking state in the locking hole of the locking lever and unlock both locking levers to quickly open the luggage. When a hand is removed from a handle erected to lift the luggage, the handle is slowly laid through an elastic body and a resistance forming body to provide a safe effect when in use.
개시된 본 발명에 따른 여행용 가방의 잠금장치는, 여행용 가방의 일측에 회전 가능하게 구비된 잠금레버의 단부가 상기 여행용 가방의 타측에 결속되도록 잠그거나 결속 해제되도록 잠금 해제하는 장치로서, 상기 여행용 가방의 타측 내부에 고정되는 본체부; 상기 본체부의 상측에서 상기 여행용 가방의 타측 외부에 고정되며, 손잡이부가 구비되는 커버부; 상기 본체부의 양측에 각각 구비되어, 상기 잠금레버의 잠금홀에 결속 또는 동시에 결속 해제하는 결속/결속 해제부; 및 상기 커버부에 개방레버가 회전 가능하게 구비되고, 상기 본체부의 내부 양측에 구비된 슬라이더에 의해 상기 개방레버의 회전시 연동되면서 상기 결속/결속 해제부를 연동시키는 개방력 제공부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 개방레버의 회전시 양쪽 슬라이더가 마주보는 방향으로 이동하고, 이에 오므려져 잠금레버의 잠금홀에 잠금 상태를 유지하고 있던 제1, 2 고정부가 벌어지면서 양쪽의 잠금레버가 동시에 잠금 해제되므로 빠르게 여행 가방을 개방시킬 수 있고, 여행용 가방을 들기 위해 세웠던 손잡이에서 손을 놓으면 탄성체와 저항 형성체를 통해 손잡이가 저속으로 눕혀지게 되므로 사용시 안전한 효과가 있다.

개시된 본 발명에 따른 여행용 가방의 잠금장치는, 여행용 가방의 일측에 회전 가능하게 구비된 잠금레버의 단부가 상기 여행용 가방의 타측에 결속되도록 잠그거나 결속 해제되도록 잠금 해제하는 장치로서, 상기 여행용 가방의 타측 내부에 고정되는 본체부; 상기 본체부의 상측에서 상기 여행용 가방의 타측 외부에 고정되며, 손잡이부가 구비되는 커버부; 상기 본체부의 양측에 각각 구비되어, 상기 잠금레버의 잠금홀에 결속 또는 동시에 결속 해제하는 결속/결속 해제부; 및 상기 커버부에 개방레버가 회전 가능하게 구비되고, 상기 본체부의 내부 양측에 구비된 슬라이더에 의해 상기 개방레버의 회전시 연동되면서 상기 결속/결속 해제부를 연동시키는 개방력 제공부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 개방레버의 회전시 양쪽 슬라이더가 마주보는 방향으로 이동하고, 이에 오므려져 잠금레버의 잠금홀에 잠금 상태를 유지하고 있던 제1, 2 고정부가 벌어지면서 양쪽의 잠금레버가 동시에 잠금 해제되므로 빠르게 여행 가방을 개방시킬 수 있고, 여행용 가방을 들기 위해 세웠던 손잡이에서 손을 놓으면 탄성체와 저항 형성체를 통해 손잡이가 저속으로 눕혀지게 되므로 사용시 안전한 효과가 있다.
