The present invention relates to a method for waterproofing a parking lot of an apartment house and a building. More specifically, the method prevents concrete neutralization of a wall of an underground parking lot and has excellent tensile strength and elongation to have excellent water resistance, adhesion, and crack resistance to be appropriate for repairing cracks on the wall of the parking lot of a concrete building. Especially, the method is improved to significantly increase restoration of a cross-section and a waterproofing effect of the wall of the parking lot.
본 발명은 공동주택과 건축물의 주차장 방수방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 지하 주차장 벽체의 콘크리트 중성화를 방지하면서 인장강도와 신장율이 우수하여 내수성, 부착성, 균열저항성이 뛰어나 콘크리트 건축물의 주차장의 벽체에 대한 균열 보수 시공에 적합하고 특히, 단면복구와 함께 주차장의 벽체 방수효과를 현저히 높이도록 개선된 공동주택과 건축물의 주차장 방수방법에 관한 것이다.
