The present invention relates to a fire retardant fireproof panel for buildings. The fire retardant fireproof panel comprises: an outer panel member (110) in which a first panel body (111) and a second panel body (112) are provided at predetermined intervals and heat insulator units (120) fill a gap between the first panel body (111) and the second panel body (112); and a waterproof frame member (150) installed at regular intervals between the heat insulator units (120). Fire extinguishing water contained in a storage space of a waterproof frame body is first discharged to retard a fire, and fire extinguishing water contained in a storage space of a waterproof capsule unit is second discharged to retard the fire. Moreover, in the event of a fire in a building made of sandwich panels, and the like, the fire retardant fireproof panel of the present invention may prevent the rapid spread of the fire by slowing down the combustion of the sandwich panels.
본 발명은 건축물용 화재 지연 방화패널에 관한 것으로, 소정의 간격으로 이격된 제1 패널본체(111)와 제2 패널본체(112)가 구비되고, 상기 제1 패널본체(111)와 제2 패널본체(112) 사이에 단열재유닛(120)이 충진된 외장패널부재(110); 상기 단열재유닛(120) 사이에 일정 간격으로 이격되게 설치되는 방수프레임부재(150);를 마련하여 방수프레임본체의 수납공간에 채워진 소화수가 1차로 방출되면서 화재를 지연시킬 수 있고, 방수캡슐유닛의 수납공간에 채워진 소화수가 2차로 방출되면서 화재를 지연시킬 수 있으며, 샌드위치 패널 등으로 이루어진 건축물의 화재 시 샌드위치 패널의 연소 시간을 지연시켜 화재의 급속한 확산을 방지할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
